Studio Policies

  • Tuition is due at the first class of each month. There is a $5 per week late fee for late payments

  • A $25 fee will be imposed for checks marked NSF

  • September tuition is HALF the regular monthly tuition plus a $25 per family registration fee

  • December tuition is HALF the regular monthly tuition

  • Tuition is based on the dance year and broken into monthly payments. September tuition is half the normal monthly tuition. June tuition is regular tuition

  • A $25 per family registration, and half the regular monthly tuition, are due at the time of registration

  • Checks made payable to Tegan McEnerney

  • Zelle payments are accepted and can be set up as an automatic payment system. Zelle payments can be sent to cassidydancestudio5678@gmail.com.

  • Classes can only run with 4 or more students.

  • Tuition is not refundable due to absence

  • Please do not arrive more than 5-10 minutes prior to class start time

  • Parking/idling in the driveway is NOT permitted at Pennsylvania Turf. Please help us continue to be good neighbors! Parking IS permitted on Mt. Carmel Ave, Easton Rd, and St. Paul’s

  • Parents, relatives, and friends are not permitted to wait inside the hallway, lobby, stairwell, or studio rooms

  • Parents of younger dancers may walk their dancer inside to the lobby. Please do not walk dancers into the studio rooms. Once your dancer is settled, parents/guardians must leave. Dancers will be walked outside at the end of class. Dancers will not be dismissed unless a parent/guardian is visible from the studio door.

  • Please have your dancers name in anything not attached to them

  • Please have your dancer use the restroom prior to class

  • Young dancers should be able to dress/undress by themselves. Tights/leggings over the leotard are often easier for the little ones

  • Please do not send toys or snacks (food, if medically necessary, is allowed)

  • Please inform us of any and all allergies/medical conditions that we should be aware of. Snacks are sometimes served, dance is a physical activity, and we disinfect often

  • A dance bag with your dancers name should be brought to class. Inside the dance bag should be dance shoes with dancer’s name inside the shoes

  • Dancers are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to have a 2nd class in mind as classes fill quickly. When a class fills a waiting list is started.

  • We cannot save spots for dancer’s friends. If your dancer wishes to be in class with a friend, please send registration forms and payment together

  • email is our primary method of communication. Please be sure to save the email address in your contacts to ensure you receive all communications

  • emails/calls/texts will be replied to during our business hours

  • please carefully read all communications. We strive to be as detail-oriented as possible and pack a lot of information into the paperwork that is sent out

  • in an effort to be more eco-friendly all forms will be posted to the website and/or emailed. Hard copies will be available upon request.

  • in the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. Our Facebook and Instagram pages will also be updated. Be sure to like and follow!
